Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Lingocast. Violation may result in suspension or termination, with or without notice and without refund.
You may not
- Break the law of Hong Kong, of the country you are in, or of any country whose users you address.
- Submit RSS feeds or content that you do not have permission to access, process, translate, convert to audio, or privately use.
- Submit content marked All Rights Reserved, No Derivatives, or otherwise restricted for reuse, unless you hold separate written permission from the rights holder.
- Strip attribution from generated audio or pretend you authored it.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate other people through any user-visible feature (including custom feed titles, profile names, or contact-form messages).
- Promote violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, or other content prohibited by law.
- Probe, scan, or attack the Service or its infrastructure; defeat rate limits; bypass authentication; or attempt to access another user's account.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or use the Service to train competing models.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to a single account.
- Run pipelines against feeds you do not have authorisation to monetise via Plus credits.
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service.
Reporting abuse
Email [email protected]. Include the URL or content reference, what is wrong, and any context. We respond within two business days.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion: warn you, remove content, throttle your account, suspend access, terminate your account, refund pro-rata or refuse to refund, and report material that we believe is illegal to law enforcement.
