Lingocast is a general-audience product designed for adults and older teens. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher).
If you are a parent or guardian
If you believe a child under 16 has registered, please email [email protected] with the account email address and a statement of your relationship to the child. We will delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm in writing.
Coppa
For users in the United States, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §6501 et seq.). We do not target the Service at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal information without verifiable parental consent.
School and classroom use
If you are a teacher who wants to use Lingocast with students under 16, contact us at [email protected]. We can issue an institutional account so that students do not register individual accounts.
