Your Data Rights
This page summarises your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), and similar laws. The full Privacy Policy is the authoritative document.
Your rights
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion when our lawful basis no longer applies.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).
- Restriction and objection — restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances.
- Opt out of sale or sharing (CCPA) — see the box below.
- Withdraw consent at any time for processing that relies on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live or work.
How to exercise them
- Email [email protected] from the address on file.
- Tell us which right you want to exercise.
- We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests; we'll tell you if we extend).
"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore no "sale" or "share" to opt out of. If you'd still like a written confirmation of this for your records, email [email protected] and we'll send one.
Authorised agents
You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will need a signed permission from you and may verify your identity directly to confirm.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
