Refund Policy
All purchases on Lingocast — subscriptions, credit top-ups, and in-app purchases — are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions (Plus)
Subscription payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from the account page or by emailing [email protected]; your access continues until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
Credits
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. When a credit is consumed, the underlying third-party compute cost is incurred immediately and cannot be reversed. One credit processes up to 4,000 characters of an article-language pair through translation and text-to-speech; articles longer than 4,000 characters consume one additional credit per 4,000-character segment.
Credits do not expire and are not transferable.
Mobile in-app purchases
Subscriptions and credits purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the respective platform's refund policy. You must request any refund directly through Apple or Google; we are unable to process refunds for platform-billed purchases.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
